So Rob,

You don't feel the Dragon calling from Deals Gap?  You're too close not too!

Be careful.......took 34 years but some dimwit finally ended my riding!

BTDT.... I put 17,000+ (often hard & fast) miles on the duck between '96 and '03, and I was living in TN most of that time.....

I'm going to take some updated pics and start a new bike thread soon.... need to post some shots of the Harley now that it is somewhat shined up and without fringe :).

I absolutely LOVE the Camaro....my first car was a 67.  I got a chance to sit in a new one at a car show here recently.  Sadly though, the new Camaro doesn't fit me.  I am too tall at 6'4" to sit in it comfortably.  I'd give hard eyeball to a convertible, but the coupe is a no-go for me.

The Challenger, which I was able to drive for a weekend a couple of months ago because a friend who recently purchased one borrowed my Tahoe left me his Challenger to drive...was a fantastic ride.  It had loads of power, handled well, and was comfortable even for my frame.  It really reminded me of the 70's R/T.

My last pickup was a 2002 Dodge 1500.  I would still have it had some knucklehead not t-boned me after running a stop light in 2007.  It was my 2nd Dodge, and I was totally happy with both trucks.  Dodge customer service was great, and dealership support was really good too.  I can't imagine it would be otherwise with a Challenger.

I would have purchased another Dodge, had I been looking for a pickup again.  I only went with the Tahoe because I wanted a full-size SUV and the Durango wasn't as large as I wanted.  Now that I have had the new Tahoe for 2 years, I won't buy anything else.

What I am saying is:  I'd buy the Challenger.  Looks good, drives great, has a metric shitload of power and eye appeal, and it fits me.
God bless, and sincere thanks to all our fine people in uniform.  You pay for our freedom, and for that we owe you all we can give you.  Thank you.

The Challenger Warranty now has Government backing. You can't beat that with a crooked stick.  ;D

Had a hearse when I was a kid.  Had a 525 cubic inch engine in it!  Why they need that size engine to do 25 mph I never understood.
