That'll teach those drugged up communist!  And it's neither, cause I see a Prius and think, "I know the Democrat National Convention ain't in town."  Then I grow irritated but satisfied in the knowledge that I could get five or six guys together and load a Prius, Smart Car, or any other communist contraption in to the back of my truck and throw that corrupt instrument of oppression and tyranny off into a quarry.  Then I relax and find peace knowing that the first accident that commie has will be the last.  I don't like people selling lies to me and finally a subject of the Commonwealth has done something productive.  Done. ;D ;D ;D

Actually, I sit back in the cab of my pickup, and smile at what the look on the Prius driver's face will be when he realizes what he's going to have to pay when it comes time to replace his batteries.

Any environmental benefits go down the crapper real quick once the government announces that there's a battery waste 'crisis' when there's 300 million sets of hybrid batteries in the landfills.

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

I think everyone needs two...............one to Sh*t on and one to cover it up with.     ;)

To answer the question, as illustrated by the video it ain't cover.  Although, to be fair, there isn't much cover at 100yds away from the wrong end of a ma deuce.

As to the cover issue, it is cover in the same way as Donny Trump's 14, 60 ft hairs whirled into a turban are  cover for his bald spot.

It's great concealment. As a matter of fact, you'll never see me in one.  ;D
""It may be laid down as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a free Government, owes not only a proportion of his property, but even his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at a Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency." - George Washington.
