That's what makes the socialist infiltration so effective. No matter what you ELECTED Rep thinks it is the staffers and bureaucrats that decide what he sees and apply policies. For example, It was elected delegates that decided "Congress would make no laws regarding an establishment of religion". It was "Appointed for life " bureaucrats at SCOTUS that decided that recognizing Christianity was bad.
