She really didn't say anything today( atleast for the 15 mins I watched it)  they were asking yes or no questions, and she would give them the run around and not answer the question.  granted some of the Qs were very dumb.

The best thing that any nominee can do during the hearings is to try to keep their head down and say as little as possible. Its the old 80/20 rule..... let those pompous senators talk and talk and try to keep your side of the conversation to about 20%.

Now if they were smart.... they would be asking her short, pointed questions and force her to fill the silence. The more she speaks the more she decreases her chances of being confirmed.
Everything I needed to learn in life I learned from Country Music.

Liberal activist judges don;t waste time with "little things" like the law, as it is written, her own speech(s), have proven that, the only checks and balances we have left in our gov't, now that the House and Senate have Democrat majorities, is SCOTUS.

A retiring Lib for another Lib, lifetime appointment though,..
I'm glad Chief Justice Roberts is also young.

Funny thing about that is that with the way the country is being run, lifetime may not mean as long as she thinks.

yes or no.

And then hold her to it. Cut her off in the middle of her story, " Excuse me Madam, but it's a yes or no question"

From what I've seen, it's all just a big show with the eventual appointment anointment already decided.
“What country can preserve its liberties if its rulers are not warned from time to time that the people preserve the spirit of resistance?”
