I know I miss my old chinese SKS. Been trying to buy it back but the guy won't accept any offers. Sold it for $175 but I only paid $99 for it and another $35 for a synthetic stock. I miss that SKS more than I miss the Bushmaster AR-15 I owned at the time.

I was going to sell my Yugo SKS at a gun show today, but I think I'll hang on to it now.

Best thing about an SKS over any other Semi auto I can think of is no mags or clips needed. (clipped ammo is quicker to reload but you don't NEED to use them )

I don't like guns that are DESIGNED to be bullpups, why would I want to blow money making a decent carbine into one?

You wouldn't, but not everyone thinks like you do.
