Surprise to me was that Wisconsin, that has no CCW, had a split vote.  If you read the amendment it states that any state that does not offer CCW would not have to accept anyone else, so nothing would have changed in Chicagoland if this had passed, but they still felt the need to beat it down  >:(

Or maybe they just though it was an "anti states rights law"  or  that if it passed, WI would never get any type of CCW for fear  of out of staters.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.

Hard to believe Lugar voted Nay. Wonder who got to him???  ???

I did email Sen. Bayh's office yesterday and he voted Yea. I figured I would not need to send a message to Lugar. What the heck??? Guess it all comes down to money and who would receive it and no one wanting to share!!! JMHO, take it or leave it. And go figure on the idiots in California and New York voting nay.  >:(
