All those other "Hang it in your ass" moments

That might make it a little cramped.

You should try a laxative.  :-X

First pair of targets just put on the shelf!

The Savage 111 is better than me, but prone (I broke a leg on my bench) looks pretty good - sub 1 moa on the last three shots after I made a windage adjustment(should have just left it and had a five shot group off center, but ...), and standing I got all five on the paper ... and a couple even in the rings  ;D
If I appear taller than other men it is because I am standing on the shoulders of others.

Going over to the range (did I mention that I NOW live only two miles away? ;D) and try and figure out this GSG-5 plinker and shoot my 50 yard and maybe 100 yard targets for the Postal Match.

When I finish these, I may as well mail them, depends on the weather over the next few weeks.

Seventy and humid today but it can change with one good cold front.

Well, I'm home with only one target.  Things were going well, sighting in the little plinker to my tastes.  I started getting pretty consistant groups and loaded two mags for my final groups.  Ran another ten rounds through it for good measure and the front sight blade fell off!

Needless to say, it's kinda tough to be front sight focused when YOU HAVE NO FRONT SIGHT..... >:(

I may repeat today with another firearm, probably the Savage bolt action .243 for the long ranges and send this one....haven't decided yet.

GSG-5 Review on another thread!

Tried to shoot some targets yesterday, could't hit the broadside of a barn!  Best target was from my RG industies Snubbie (1 1/4 in barrel).

Took the POS Mosquito that NEVER runs a full mag.  Well.....I ran about a dozen mags through it with NO problems!  Even tried limp wristing it and it ran.  I do NOT understand this gun!  Will take it a few more times and if it runs as well each time I MIGHT start to trust it.

Thanks for the reminder Haz!

Weather up here has been nuts, but it looks like a nice day Monday.  Maybe  I can get a couple more targets done.
