Another reason to thank all the "Ambulance Chasers" out there. Ever wonder why it costs you an arm and a leg to go to amusement parks, zoos, aquariums and museums. Of course, the trial lawyers are a major political lobby who contribute millions to Congress to encourage them not to put limitations on settlements. Second, there is no litmus test or entrance exam to these venues. You really didn't think you might get wet sitting near the dolphin tank? A. Yes B. No C. None of the Above Common Sense...gone the way of the dinosaur.
