Americans go to Mexico for health care! (so says USAToday)

Todays local paper (it's not online so I can't post it ) Carried a letter to the editor  that was of interest, Last weekend the writers wife fell and broke her arm in 3 places including the elbow while on a trip to Northern Me. By Sunday night it had been set at the local hospital, Monday She had the Elbow repaired and further work done at the Regional Hospital, by Wednesday she was home.
In contrast, her Mother who lives in Canada broke HER arm 3 YEARS ago, it was set and there has been no further treatment since.
