Soooooo, is this just a precursor?  You know, it's caused by that evil hate speech on talk radio and FOX so we should pass a "hate speech" law like our good friends and allies, the French?

Actually what she's stumping far is the "fairness doctrine", not just for broadcast radio and TV BUT for cable and satellite, which isn't as controlled as broadcast stations.   Also, they're plans afoot to extend "fairness" to the Internet as well
