Actually Timothy, they are crocs not gators. You can tell by the shape of the snout and the fact that the teeth are visible outside the mouth. As you said, stupid is an understatement. It would be stupid with gators, with crocs I don't think there's even a word for it. What part of 8 foot long carnivorous aquatic lizard did this fool fail to understand?

Note that the snouts of the pissed off crocs exceeded crotch level height. Tell me how much money  is enough to risk that? As I said, world's stupidest human.

I stand corrected, they appear to be Caymans....not quite as aggresive as the salties but nasty nonetheless..

I misread "nasty" as "tasty", thought this was heading the same direction as the iguana thread.

The crocs/gators/caymans/whatever were probably well fed and were clearly in shallow water. That one fall in the middle would have been the end if both facts were not true.

Probably also tethered in some way since they did not move from take to take, and when the stunt guy got his pants hooked on a big lizard (!!!!!) on the end, the animal could only raise it's head - backwards.

The stunt men are no dummies, and yes he probably got well paid!

I think I would have reversed direction after the first couple attempts to try to outsmart them.

Stunt men was real men back than, even if sheep were nervous,...
