Buffalo is wonderful. I had 3, butchered them in the summer of '04 (that's aught four for your young punks
) and I still have some in the freezer - and yes it is still good, packed right.
Whereabouts in Wyoming are you JC? Day's drive for me if east - south of Sundance.
I live in Casper. Go up to S.D. for Pheasants once a year. Would enjoy getting together if you're interested. As far as the moving goes, no worries fella's. I got it handled. I actually have everything moved over, just have to figure out where to put it in the house! Fortunately I have a great girl with a sense of taste, and style. (If it were up to me, everything would be camo and O.D. green) So at least I've got someone that will make my house a home.
Buffalo is great. I shot a young bull in January. Good for me, since I didn't draw my elk license this year. So I still have enough meat in the freezer for the winter. Thanks for all the support guys. I have to say that I have signed into a lot of forums, but this is the only one that I have stayed with. The people here are what keep me coming back.
