If we DO decide to take action against him (doubtful ) which seems most humane and cost effective ? A quick invasion like Panama or Grenada, Bombing raids as in Kosavo and Libya, or assassinating HIM.

Sounds like a time to run a few "El Presidente" drills with live targets......now who could serve as the other two targets?
