TFR, you were in a perfect position to shaft the tax and spend Libs, Ticket every minor violation, then explain that you would have just given them a warning but the bankrupt state needs to raise money to finance the raise your legislators voted themselves.

I predict massive lay offs just after the election in 2010.  Reality is, its the state payroll bankrupting this state, not the "welfare" system.  granted they both need major cuts. 
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.

In most states the state payroll IS a welfare system.
