my prediction is massive layoffs after the election, it does not matter which party wins.  What we really need is to hire "head hunters"

It's not the state employee's fault. Well, maybe to some extent in that before they were state employees they voted for all the liberal propositions and measures that made the ballots. It is the fault of all the libtards in CA that never met a prop or measure they didn't like. Reverse all of that and then, you are right, we can be in the black. Just in Hazardous Waste Management agencies the redundancy is huge. If that is the measure, then vote for Whitman. That is the first plank on her platform to cut 40K jobs and slash the state budget. Just don't expect any advances in self defense or RKBA.
