Here you go, for you young whipper-snappers,  this is how patterns were distributed back in the good-ol-days.
IHMSA printed them on 8-1/2"x11" paper.   Chickens at 1/2 scale, pigs and turkeys at 3/8 scale and rams at 1/4 scale.  It was up to you to draw them out to full size.
