Been around in various forms for hundreds and hundreds of years, from especially Polynesian, Indonesian, Pacific, S. American, and African culture.
Vajazzling: The act of applying glitter and jewels to a woman's nether regions for aesthetic purposes.
Don't worry ladies. You don't put rhinestones right on your labia. They're glued to the pubic area;
Depending on one's status in the tribe/culture, could often determine the pagentry of the ornamentation.
Glue was often fruit sap, but than again I digress, I prefer the "nether regions" a la natur-al.....
From a anthropological/socialogical bit of knowledge, this has been around a long time. Male tribes in S. America often tie palm reeds around their "nether regions" to display dominence or good family stock.
God I hate remembering what I learned in college,....if I sound like FQ, please send a virtual slap... :P

2 of the waitress's where I work are hair stylists working second jobs .
I asked them if they ever heard of this and they laughed at me .
Apparently it's more common than us old farts realized .
I'm not impressed with piercings or tattoos on women, but this has definite possibilities. ;D

Yup, a Mazda Miata, a House, 1/2 of a sizeable 401k, a portion of a trust, and 1/2 the proceeds from the sale of a 3300 sq. ft. corner lot house in a very nice S. Florida neighborhood.
Very expensive dental floss indeed.,... :-\

I've seen it cost me a house....
When my wife and I moved TO Cal. we needed a 26 ft Ryder truck .
When I came back it was with one duffle bag, one back pack, and a carry on bag.

you have me confused with Sledge,
we are a free settlement ( well useed to be till around 96 :-/ )
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Australia
The state's origins are unique in Australia as a freely settled, planned British province,[6] rather than as a convict settlement. Official settlement began on 28 December 1836, when the colony was proclaimed at The Old Gum Tree by Governor John Hindmarsh.

Reminds me of an old MASH episode when Charles Winchester confronts a hyper Hawkeye. He says "Yes it is the break of day. We used to have a dog. He too was cheerful in the morning. We sold him to a Korean family. And they ate him". Sound words. I've given that speech to my pooch and she's much better behaved. ;D
