Yup, a Mazda Miata, a House, 1/2 of a sizeable 401k, a portion of a trust, and 1/2 the proceeds from the sale of a 3300 sq. ft. corner lot house in a very nice S. Florida neighborhood.

I've seen it cost me a house....

When my wife and I moved TO Cal. we needed a 26 ft Ryder truck .
When I came back it was with one duffle bag, one back pack, and a carry on bag.
