A note though...

Doesnt the NFA regulate guns that can be fired while still in a wallet holster?  Isn't that an AOW or something?  

I think the regulation has to do with guns that can be fired without people being able to tell that you have a gun in your hand. I think if it exposes enough where people can tell it's a gun it's legal.
