Direct hits with Rubber Shotgun slugs would not get them to move in PA. PGC went to scarcrow round, flash bang to chase them away from homes

With 30-06 or shotgun you can carry them away in small grill size pieces   ;D

Or a bow. On serious note, back in the late '80s early '90s you could bowhunt in DC suburbs in Virginia. I'm talking Falls Church and Fairfax. There were all these orphaned developments that got cleared but never built due to the S@L crisis and deer were a nuicance. It was wild you were deer hunting a 15 minute drive from very pricy realestate.  I could be o my treestand in the morning and at work in DC by 9:30. ;D No noise, no overpenetration and a ton of deer. It seems like what these folks need.

after reading another thread I would have thought the answer is obvious. Reintroduce wolves to the area!
