In my opinion the Constitution needs to be rewritten to eliminate some of the ambiguities that have been exploited by the enemy.
For example, the requirements for Supreme Court Justice includes the phrase "Of good character", that needs to apply to all govt employees.
The phrasing of things like "the commerce clause", or the 1A need to be tightened up to more accurately reflect the thinking of the founders.
The post revolution "property requirement for voters needs to be codified, and the duties of the supposedly co-equal Supreme Court need to be modified to make them more proactive. As it currently functions they allow anything unless some one who can afford lawyers bitches.
There also needs to be stipulations that all laws apply to every one, including congress, and refusing to enforce laws (like immigration ) is in itself a serious crime.

This is not what I see happening, I predict the rise of a new Soviet style dictatorship of mediocrity.
A nanny state where you can be jailed indefinitely for "anti govt. thought .
