True, but it is still a civil right, and as long as I have the option to exercise my right I will.

Keep in mind TAB, there are two reasons that a business posts to ban firearms:  1.  They are sheeple who actually believe that by posting the world will magically become a bed of roses with no boogie men;  2.  Because their insurance company requires it.

I don't know which it is with Disney, but being such strong supporters of civil rights I'm sure we can reason with them on this one  ;)

i have never seen a insurance ploicy that requires it.  I have never met a lawyer that won't say its a good idea to limit liabilty.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.

Most banks are posted, because of their insurance, and many insurance inspectors will "recommend" it when they make site inspections.  What happens if you have a site inspection sheet where the inspector recommends it, and then you have an incident with someone who is carrying on site and you haven't posted?

unless its in the policy or says you must fallow thier instructions they will pay, might take years and lots of lawyers, but they will pay.
