No surprise there... he did vote yes on Soto after his showy "tough" questioning.
But anyway... The reason I say this is because of a letter I got from him today. It was in response to the email I sent him a while back laying out the case that her presence on the supreme court would be a danger to our country.
The letter opens by thanking me for contacting him and
then goes straight into touting her resume.

He points out how she has served as Solicitor General, and that she has a
"strong academic background in law" . He also states that he has
"been generally pleased with her job performance since her confirmation to her current post". He even goes on to say that he
"will continue to support qualified nominees who possess a sound legal mind and the ability to make decisions based on law, not personal bias".
