Too much to read. If mine is typical, get the 2022 and enjoy the DA/SA, the full- size feel, 15+1, and the reliable comstruction, and then you don't have to read anymore.
I got the blues as my companion.

If this helps, then great but the Houston Chronicle had an Academy Ad today displaying those guns.  For the compact Sig 250 in 9mm they wanted $499 and the 2022 was $399.  Interestingly the .40 cal Sig 250 was also $399. It seems the 9mm Sig 250 is more popular based on price.  With that said I don't own one and am more a Glock or Ruger SR9c kind of guy.

I have no experience with the 2022 other than holding it in a shop but I personally hate the 250. I like the feel of the 2022 but haven't shot one. My opinions on the 250 are in either the last or 2nd to last thread that tombogan linked on the 1st page. Over the last 3 years or so I've owned or shot at least 50 different auto pistols and the 250 is right at the bottom. I couldn't get rid of that piece of crap fast enough. I also agree that there have to be others out there in the same boat, I do a lot of trading and every time I list a new trade it seems like someone offers me a 250.
