What will be interesting to see is if the prohibition on AK's is removed when other prohibitions are.

It will never become an issue because Europe needs Russian oil and natural gas so they either won't go along at all, or the will cheat on the sanctions.
That will leave Putin in a perfect position to tell BO to shove his sanctions up his ass.

I think this is the reason Obama is letting that Marine rot in Mexico.
He is being held for bringing guns into Mexico.
This will be used to support the BS about American guns fueling cartel violence just like "Fast and Furious" was supposed to. The fact that he had made a wrong turn, and tried to aviod crossing but was forbidden from making a U turn will be conveniently ignored.

Agreed, Mac.     This was convenient to do in the name of sanctions on Russia.  What will be interesting is when the Ukraine situation is resolved and the sanctions are lifted.
