That is the direction I was going with my thought.  Let's see ... We send kids to college, we put them in co-ed dorms, we give them access to bars and liquor stores, we give them all kinds of new freedom and privacy, we see these kids getting in trouble with alcohol and sex (they are showing up in the back seats of cop cars, hospital er's and pregnancy centers), but it isn't a fact until we spend a million dollars and five years on a study to come up with exact statistics
