50 to 59  I think it is a cold day for summer today   as it is only 68 at the moment

Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. The only thing you can’t do is ignore them

-40 F = -40 C. That's cold no matter where you're at.

Still beats the crap out of LAST year, about the middle of October it dropped to about 30 and almost never got above that again until June.

Here in OH we have been getting snow though not as much as MI. Starting to get a little cold. Took the kids out and let them go sleigh riding. Pelted them with snow balls to. I have to finish butchering my deer and hogs.

-40 F = -40 C. That's cold no matter where you're at.

When the temp drops below freezing the damn announcers tt feel the need to point out windchill  >:(  When it's 20 below I don't care if the wind is blowing or not ... It is just damn cold, and who cares if you freeze to death in 30 seconds or 45  :-\

It's like when I was in Arizona.  It was my birthday, and I was in the apartment rehydrating.  It was 125 and the wind was blowing sand under the back door.  I was talking to someone up north and they pointed out that it was "dry heat."  To which I replied "Have you ever stuck your head in a pre-heated oven?  That's dry heat too!"

I don't care where you are, hot is hot and dry is dry!  However, the older I gets the less I enjoy shoveling rain.
If I appear taller than other men it is because I am standing on the shoulders of others.

I hear you! But, I'd rather have the cold then deal with the heat "dry" or not!!
