What is wrong with this, let me count the ways....

1) Someone brought a knife to a gun fight

2) Someone forgot the golden rule of never pointing a gun at anyone they DO NOT intend to shoot, meaning turning around with a raised gun at the officer, nice job keeping it pointed at the BG

3) The Officer did not immediately take control of the situation, the BG spoke first, then the armed citizen

I would guess that a cop WOULD hesitate to shoot some one holding up what looks like a badge.
but in the REAL world the woman would have been on the phone with the 911 operator for a while before Cops arrived, Cop is more likely to listen to the well dressed guy by the nice car than the guy in the "fishing get up" in an under ground garage,
and the cop is more likely to give commands like "put down the gun" than just start blasting.

Most of the scuttlebutt about "badges" for CCW holders is negative. But the video is not quite accurate in cop pulls up assesses the situation in 2 seconds and shoots the guy in the suit, without ordering even 1 verbal command to drop the weapon.

Or the Good Guy not putting the pistol on the roof of the car when they pulled up, (he was that close), and putting his hand in the air.

Or his GF/wife, not detailing the events of who is the BG and who is the GG.

 Problem with a badge like that is it opens you up to a charge of impersonating a Cop.
