I'd like to see a single action in .327 Federal Magnum. I equate the .327 to a modern .32-20. Produce it in the smaller Blackhawk frame, and I thuink you would have a winner.
Personally I think Ruger would make a killing on a 1911. Very little design and deveopement cost. A lot of people wou
ld buy them simply because it is a 1911 and says Rger on it.
I'd also like to see a .308 battle rifle. They never released in any great numbers the XGI supposedly because of accuracy problems. I talked to a guy a few years back who claimed to have been at Ruger and saw many XGI recievers that he said Ruger never destroyed and kept in storage. He claimed Ruger was working on the accuracy issue and was hoping to get them on the market. I have no way of knowing if what he told me was true or not, or if it was just hopeful, wishful thinking. The idea of a blued steel and walnut .308 battle rifle from Ruger would get me looking hard at it.
