FQ, Do you know the other name for "Fabian Socialism " ? It's "Creeping Socialism".
That is what we are dealing with, a creeping cancer that only kills a little at a time, but it still kills you in the end.
All summer long the vast majority of the people voiced opposition to this, some estimates of the 9-12 march put attendance IN Washington as high as 2 million, all credible estimates were over one million. Did Congress listen to the voice of the people who pay their wages ? Not much ! They said F-ck you and passed it any way. You talk a lot about the Founding Fathers ideals and influences, is this the government Jefferson intended ?
It is time for you to pull your head out of the sand, if you continue to look at each act of usurpation in isolation it is possible to go on denying the evil that has befallen our country, but if you look (as in any OTHER criminal investigation) at the overall pattern of behavior you have to admit that the US Congress make Tony Soprano look like a good citizen.
First we have the typical history of Chicago style election corruption (ACORN, Black Panthers etc. ), a campaign started in the living room of to convicted terrorists (Ayers and Doorn ), which raised from undisclosed sources more money than any 3 presidential candidates in history, ($365 MILLION , the previous record was $100 million ) Followed by an entire cabnet of tax cheats, self confessed communists and flakes, (Hillery is the LEAST offensive and HER appointment was unconstitutional )
As much as you and others may ridicule the "Birthers" there has NEVER been a President about whom less was known, every scrap of documentation he could hide or have sealed has been, there is really no proof that he even IS Barack Hussien Obama.
attempting to control the press, granting access only to media that fawn all over him while denying it and vilifying those who dare question him, ramming through policies both unpopular and proven to be counter productive in spite of public opposition, which is labeled as Racist, Nazi, manufactured or insignificant.
Was it for this the Founding Fathers risked "Their Lives, their Liberty, and their Sacred Honor" ?

                                       I think not.

What will it take to wake you and the rest of America to the danger we now face ? When I was at Parris Island a DI thowing trash cans down the sqaudbay while screaming "Get the f-ck out those racks" was enough even that does not seem sufficient to arose some of you from your delusions.

Hey FQ, Merry Christmas by the way,..... Even you can understand that one piece at a time, this current admin. is not just chipping away at our "power of the people, by the people, for the people,".

They are hell bent, on changing the very fabric that this country has its pillars of a republic on. BHO stated so during the campaign.

The references abound, the usurpations and flagrant Constitutionality of laws being rammed down our throat has never been done at this level since the internment of Japanese Americans by FDR.

Progressive policies are bad for this country. The "right" is not even standing up for what it only professes during a campaign, in order to get re-elected, and keep the "game" going.

This country is on a dangerous path. Financially, Socially, Religiously, Socially. How many other references need to be cited?

tw, who doesn't need Maalox, even after a great Christmas dinner, but is rapidly approaching "terminal velocity" with the state of this countries politicians.

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
Col. Jeff Cooper.

Personal assumptions sometimes rest upon the sand of naivety.  To believe that something can be voted out assumes there is the possibility of a fair vote in the future.   Believing in fairness existing where much of what is fair has been deleted is blind belief in legality because that is what legalism says it should be...a childish and narcissic notion at best.

There is no evidence to suggest there will be any increase in fairness in the future and certainly credible evidence to suggest that there will be no voting any more fair than the rigged votes of the old USSR.

The inability to access a fair vote is one of the observations our nation's founders said we should recognize as sign that tyranny has arrived and that action is called for.

Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom.
It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.
