Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
Col. Jeff Cooper.

Smoke more
Drink more
Get more guns than BillT
Work more
Make a half a million dollars
Loose more weight
Finish learning to play my chosen musical instrument
Succeed from the Union

Stretch goal, and as long as it doesn't interfere with the above, get started on making a family

You Australian fellas make resolutions?

He is from the Big Island up north mate, they are a bit loopy up that way, arent all northerners though?
Strange thoughts, customs, way of life beats me how they get too and from the BBQ with out loosing their way!  ;D
The state where phil is is more prone than other places it seems, stuck between the webbed footed people to the west and the mexicans to the east they tend to be stuck in the middle not being able to move with out fear of weakening their already limited gene pool, the only choose they have really is to swim south to Tassie and tbh we dont like intruders or go north and risk getting speared or abducted by a abbo. Hence they sit about and ponder what could be and spend 364 days a year thinking up NY resoloutions to improve their drab and dreary existance knowing deep down that they will never ever escape out of a city named after a english noblemans bit of fluff on the side - Adelaide !!!!

Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. The only thing you can’t do is ignore them

Shoot more, load more, have more fun and get over this crud that has kept me home bound throughout the holidays.

Some years ago I resolved not to make any more New Year's resolutions. I've been sticking to it, unllike the previous resolutions.
""It may be laid down as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a free Government, owes not only a proportion of his property, but even his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at a Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency." - George Washington. Letter to Alexander Hamilton, Friday, May 02, 1783
