Because to Barack HUSSIEN Obama the isn't a terrorist he's a Muslim hero.
The part that surprises me is that the passengers have not been charged with assault or some kind of hate crime for infringing on his right to free expression.

Well ronlday, welcome to DRTV, even almost 300 counts of attempted murder would have been something to charge him with also, BUT he is now in the custody of the American Justice System. He is now entitled to rights under "OUR" Constitution, even though he is not an American citizen.

Just like the "show" trial coming to NYC, for another group of terrorists, there will be another one for this scumbag crotch burner.

Instead of being charged with terrorism, or being held by the military as an enemy combatant, we have a "progressive" Justice system now, under the direction of AG Eric Holder.

General Wesley Clark, former NATO Allied Commander, said tonight on the O'Reilly Factor, that we should grant these terrorists "civilian" trials, instead of a military tribunal.

Because this poor young man was led astray by "extremists" that we just have to talk to and negotiate with. Than they will leave us alone.

See how stupid that sounds....?????? Welcome to the "Anointed One's" Administration...3 more years to go... :-\

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
Col. Jeff Cooper.

Why even bother with a trial, he tried to blow up a plane full of people. There is no mitigating circumstances, he has links to taliban, he is not by definition insane he knew the ramifications of what he was going to do and was willing to die for it, well let him, die that is. 1 .45 acp placed behind left or right ear and pull trigger. Think of the money saved on housing this retard and cost of trial, appeal, re trial etc etc

exactly     just like they did in China  with that "Family Man"  that was found with 4kg's  of drugs    got one to the head for that one

no drawn out appeals process,
Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. The only thing you can’t do is ignore them

Or maybe even a reach around.

Naw, too expensive, man!  Have you priced .45ACP lately? I'm from Chicago where the mob's tool of choice was a simple .22LR behind the ear. The bullet just entered and rattled around inside a bit. Very effective. Oh, and feed him a BBQ pulled pork sammich fiirst. Not a mob thing, just a mooslim thing.

Go one better save the bullet (lead being expensive and all) and just inject him with a mixture of porcine blood, urine and excrement!

For you revisionist historians out there, may I propose a re-enactment of the final moments of Benito Mussolini and and his mistress Clara Petacci.  This time, however, lets make some money for the war effort and make it a world-wide "Pay Per View" event held down at Ground Zero.
