I'd also bet that there is a tax law in NY that says if your under condemnation,

Condemn what? The fine print didn't cover "obliteration".

Bloomberg could end this tomorrow,, will he?




a build can be in prefect shape and still be condemned.  I think we can all agree that the building were condemned right after teh planes hit, just the paper work had not got done yet. The basement and subway stations were still intacted, damaged,  but not destroyed.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.
