If you could only choose one...

I am going to be picking a second handgun this month. I have decided on .357SIG so attempts to sell me on a different caliber (.45ACP) are not necessary. Keep in mind that my budget and circumstances are such that I have my M&P40 full size and at this point I want something a bit smaller but not necessarily a compact frame like a G33.

As good as my M+P .40 works, I'll run with the same in 357Sig. Hell, I'm going to get 357 Sig barrel for mine as soon as I can..
For compact? Heck yeah!

If you already have a M&P and like it, why not stick with a sure thing?

That was my first inclination. I guess I like re-enforcing my decisions. But, I have always been one to look narrowly through a wide window so getting outside opinion helps.

The dimensions on the compacts and fullsize for the mag catch are identical. The guns are exactly the same size with the exception of the grip & barrel length.

Even with headphones, they are VERY LOUD !!! Louder to me than full house .357 mag out of a 3" revolver. Other than that, good cartridge.
