The polls have opened.  The fun begins.  Say a prayer for Scott Brown, because the forces of evil are against him.  He will need a substantial margin to offset the boxes of uncounted votes already sitting in somebody's car trunk.

On April 19, 1775 Massachusetts Patriots fought the opening battle of the American Revolution at Lexington and Concord and routed the British Regulars. 

In 1836, Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote a poem, "Concord Hymn" for the dedication of the Obelisk, a monument to commemorate the Patriots who gave their lives at this battle.  Below is the poem. 

May the Massachusetts Patriots today be victorious and reclaim the honor of those fallen heroes.

Well, 70 miles round trip to get the polls in my old town, cast my vote and now it's all in the waiting.  Another 22 minutes to find out if the tide has turned.

Could this be the beginning of the end of the Obama agenda?

It looks very promising.   15 mins till the polls close.

A Brown victory will make a big difference in the Senate dynamics and should send a clear message to others about the political climate down on the ground.
