Interesting story behind the name... (not really I'm just making this up). Due to it's obvious proximity to WV many residents believed the could elevate their status amongst Ohioans by naming their town Brilliant. Obviously, when you look at a map (in 1940s) and see a town called Brilliant you naturally assume their is something spectacular there. When you arrive you find out that isn't the case. But by then it's too late and your IQ has been slaughtered down to the level of a 1940s pop musician. Now you're broke because the thugs in Steubenville mugged you and you couldn't help but gamble in WV, they have your money and made you dumb enough to come back... BRILLIANT!

Blackhawk on line new user- If there is a line forming for the giveaway count me in.  That Wilson 1911 sure has me interested.  Guess I'll put it on the wish list for this year.  Great Job in the design
