Take their pay away..... make them only be insession for a few months a year(3-6 tops), and make them all get real jobs outside of politics.

I was thinking of paying them on a commission basis, If per capita income goes up their pay goes up, if it drops, so does their pay.
And I was thinking more like 3 - 6 WEEKS, I don't want to spend any more time in that pest hole than I have to.

Fact, the chance of dying in surgery is 3x that of driving an automobile. That would seem to make gun deaths relatively insignificant.
