+1 to that. It its done wrong, just HS plus prison, its a waste of time. If its its one part self esteem building (you're better than the hood and there is a way out), 1 part kick in the ass (you'll do it because you have to and no excuses) and 1 part voc training (Lets figure out what you ARE good at and go from there), it a darn good thing.
