Technically he isn't on the "no fly" list, but on the "selectee" or "watch" list.  Semantics, I know, but in the bureaucrat's minds that's what counts.

However, please note that no government organization lists any of the "real" terriorists (other than the obvious, publicly known ones) on these "terrorists" lists.  They don't want to tip their hand and let the terrorist know that we know who they are.  So the list, is somewhat useless to begin with.     It's all for show.

A recent newspaper column, I think it was Fronna the Frump, or what ever, Talked about how "Profiling" is just SO ineffective, she went on with 2 examples of middle aged white guys who blew up air liners. She had to go back to the mid 60's for her examples. She neglected to mention that the last terrorist act in America carried out by a guy of European descent was the OKC bombing 15 years ago, every other terrorist act against America since 1970 has been carried out by Muslim men 20-40.
I think Profiling might not be perfect, but it's better than the Keystone Kop Movie they have now.
