In preparation for Wednesday's SWAT MAG TV episode
« on: January 16, 2010, 10:59:22 PM »
I just finished watching all of both Vol 1 and 2 of the Art of the Tactical Carbine from Magpul Dynamics. WOW... It's motivating and impressive to see these 2 trainers do their magic. I learned so much from just watching. Only problem is I don't have enough ammo to go to the range to attempt so much as 10% of the drills on the DVDs. However it does present some incredible fundamental drills for balancing speed and accuracy combined with muzzle control. Can't wait for Wednesday to see what Rob will have to do for the drills. The blooper reel is worth the price alone.

I have seen some of their footage on Utube and can't wait to get my hands on the DVD's...I tell you they are still saleing faster than guns the day after the election...I'm with you on the amount of ammo needed as I have 3 shooters in the house...My other issue is finding a range near that would allow me to run these kinds of stages? I have been told of a private range close by set up out to 600 yards. As soon as I can get some time I will find out for sure...
