I don't know about the "Citadel" but I have a Government Model 1911 I carry every day, I swear by this gun. 1500+ rounds no problems, and fist sized groups at 25 yards as long as I keep changing mags, Groups would be smaller if I were more accurate.

I have a Government sized Citadel. Very nice shooter, but the front sight had to be adjusted to center on target.

The Citadel appears to be manufactured by ARMSCOR in the Philippines. The manual is listed on the downloads page at their site. It is imported by Legacy at the link CJ put up.

In an AR article reviewing the gun, they list the manufacturer as
Apintl-Pahrump IIV, Philippine Islands
but so far that hasn't led anywhere.

I
THINK
Armscor is the same company that is doing some of the work on the STI Spartan.
