Some minor points about your posts,
First off, Medieval, and presumably earlier, Herbalists had "potions" that would induce Abortions, so you were probably closer to the truth when you said "Since the beginning of time".
2nd, I read somewhere, (please don't ask for a link, because I would not even know where to start looking ) that Obama Sr.'s family are 3/4+ ARAB . During slave days they were the Merchants, not the Merchandise.
3rd, IIRC you posted somewhere else that you were in your 30's, so you wouldn't remember, but back in those days any girl who got pregnant before marriage pretty much had to marry fast before it showed and she was labeled a "Tramp" or leave town. And even up here in supposedly "Liberal" New England, that mixed race stuff was an absolute NO NO.
A guy might rent a black girl for a couple hours, but you sure as heck didn't bring home a black or Asian, Hispanic or even a Jew. Even the fact that JFK was Catholic was a big deal back then.

Oh yeah.  Back in 1968 my sister found herself pregnant with twins and our mother shipped her ass off to Omaha to a home for unwed mothers almost the minute she found out about the pregnancy, and she stayed there until after the twins were delivered and put up for adoption.  I remember my parents telling me that she was spending the summer on our aunt's farm near DesMoines so that I wouldn't ask questions about where she was.  And both her and the twins' father were of the same race.

Pennyroyal was the herb that is abortive, and was used as far back as the 14th century or even earlier.

It also is great to grow around vegetables, and if you have pets, it is also a natural flea repellent. Rub your cat or dog with it and you really won't have a flea problem. But for this topic,  It was literally the morning after tea. It can still be found in more diverse nursery's and herb farms. Perennial and very hearty.

Wife and I are herb kinda naturalist folks, that's how I know this crap,......NO not that herb either.....gave that crap up in the 80's...
