Navy has their catch & release method,....he can even say hello to the virgins,....

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
Col. Jeff Cooper.

This frosts me. I AM in favor of a criminal trial if we have what we need intel wise and are reasonably sure of conviction. For example look at McVeigh and the Blind Sheik. This shows the world that we can do the job inside the Constitution and in open court. We mean it when we talk about the rule of law. However to pick a venue on political concerns? I call BS. If he can't get a fair trial in NYC, change venue, but the feelings of the locals shouldn't mean squat. It should be about a letter perfect verdict and security concerns. Period, full stop. Frankly, you try this guy on Saturn and he's still screwed, but lets not politicize this. A fair trial at dawn and a hanginging at sunset.
