The most interesting parts start about half way in....And I think there is some tangential tie in to shooting somewhere in this video, but I'll have to watch it a few thousand times to find it.... ;)

Yeah she's cute, But darn, those one legged bends look brutal, and I know far more than I ever wanted to about "mountain climbers" thank you very much.  ;D
