I truly beleave terrorist already have a nuke or can get one anytime they want.,  they just won't  use it as they know what will happen if they do.

One thing you have to understand about terrorists is that its not just a bunch of crazying blowing things up.  They are very intellegent. they have a game plan, and want to keep on doing what they are doing.

Blowing up a nuke would mean they would have to shut down, as every one in the world would be going after them.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.
