On our side of the pond, everything Odamna does, says or reflects upon starts with, "Let me be clear," followed by "unanticipated" and "unprecedented."  It would be funny if he wasn't flushing our future down the crapper.  From the vid, I'd have to acknowledge that politicians are the same the world over.
