Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. The only thing you can’t do is ignore them

Seeing this graphic depiction simply reinforces everything we know to be true. People are hurting across the United States.  But, it does not show the numbers of Americans who have run the distance on their unemployment benefits and remain unemployed and off the charts.  The true numbers appear to be in excess of 20% throughout most of the country with pockets (like Detroit and Chicago) where the real numbers are in excess of 50-80%.

With this Marxist/Socialist/Communist/Community Activist poseur in the people's house, we have no right to expect anything to get better.  It's time for an eviction.  I want my country back. >:(

I weep for my country. :'(

And Tom and Tom in 2012 is looking better and better to me.

I guess that's one way to make every state a "blue" state.

While not his fault exactly, since this all started a couple years ago, look at how fast the numbers grew after the Jan 09 inaguration.

Oh, come on here.  It's Bush's fault and don't you forget it!

Of course, you can't forget it because Berry reminds us about it every day almost as many times as he refers to himself.

UNEMPLOYMENT MAP

This is really quite incredible.
A visual depiction of unemployment, by County, for the entire United States , over
the last 2.5 years. Amazing to watch and only takes a minute or so.

Click the link, and then "Play" in the center of the MAP, and watch it change by month.

Sure am glad there's that Hope & Change Thingy....... >:(
Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

It looks like my county was in the 7-9.9% class all the way up to when it hit 10% or more. It never went down.
""It may be laid down as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a free Government, owes not only a proportion of his property, but even his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at a Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency." - George Washington. Damn! 8 years of doing nothing, followed by 8 years of incompetence and collusion, followed by one year of utter cluelessness. All united by one one thing, an inability to see that sending jobs overseas, turning a blind eye to illegal immigration and running a massive trade deficit amounted to a very bad thing. Three Presidents, two parties, same BS. Gee, maybe a taxbreak for companies that don't out source? Closing the border? Making sure that every government purchasing office has a "buy American' policy for non-mission critical stuff might help? Better schools, better infra-structure? Stronger transparency rules for Wall Street?
