Oh, I don't know.......jumper cables sound fun to me!    ;D

Atta girl, Red!!    ;)

GF, daughter and grand-daughter got potted flowers. Grand-daughter keeps going to hers, pulling it off the table, sniffing it, then putting it back. Very cute.

GF absently asked this morning why the preacher didn't even mention Valentine's Day today in church. I had to remind her that he was an evangelical preacher, and probably didn't think mentioning a holiday called ST. Valentine's day - a gift from the Catholic Church after all - was worth it.

Made some homemade Chocolate Covered Florida Strawberries (NC berries are better IMHO, but won't be ready until April/May), some flowers, and homemade spinach lasagna, caeser salad, and some baked bread, with a 2004 Joseph Phelps Cabernet, and some candles.

All I got was a  ::)

a very nice card,.....that's it,.... a nice card.....

I think I speak for all men when I ask, "Who made V day a holiday"? I ask this in the sprit of commerce so I can book tours to piss on his grave and then for after, screen action flicks with cold beer,  pizza, brats and girls jumping on trampolines. ;D

I didn't get my wife anything.

Does that mean I'm out of luck next month?

And oddly enough, we don't want cards or flowers for that one. ;D

I wish I had a camera for the look I just got from the Mrs. when I told her that. :P
