Well I own a few Rugers now.

One is my Bullseye Gun, a MK II. I came about it in an intresting way, I was going to buy a S&W 41 but I didn't have enough on me at the time so I went back a few days laiter to find that an older lady had just came in and sold the shop all of her late husbands guns to them, well in there was a brand new MK II HB Target model, so that is how I started with that one.

Another one that is intresting also is my latest Ruger, a 22/45 target model. I bought a S&W 22 at a gun show from a gun shop thats about an 1 1/2 hours from where I live. Well I started shooting it and got about 20 or so rounds through it and the gun broke, I called the shop and they said bring it in and get your money back, well I was there and saw this 22/45 there and said to myself, self this will do just right  ;D . I think that gun is now my wifes gun though as she likes it too  ;D.

I also bought a 10/22 Target model that is a sweet shooter, one hole groups as long as I do my part  ;D .

Well hopefully that will win us a shirt as I have no money left to buy one  :)  ;)  :) .

Haz, I was just admiring the predicament. "Please, don't throw me in that brier (br'ar)  patch." Heh, heh, heh... ;)

My Ruger story is short .I bought a GP100 stainless long barrel in .357 and after putting some rubber grips on it I could hit anythin out to 100 yards, gallon jugs or what ever. I sold it at a gun show for quite a proffit and am still kicking my self . best shooting revolver i ever owned. oh well

I set up a golf ball on a post and hit it from 5 yards with a 125g JHP from my 6" GP100.  The ball made the green in one shot (kidding :)). The skin of the ball had a minor crack in it.  Tuff ball and man that GP100 was a sweet nail driver!  Never had much use for clubs when it came to golf.  I got better distance with a magnum.
