Thanks everyone, much appreciated.

I was  beat last night when I posted (up at 4AM, then a 9-hour NRA class), forgot to mention that the RSO will primarily be used during open shoots at our brand new pistol range. The special programs all get their own RSOs and/or instructors. Of course, the range has to get its Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) finished and approved first, but that is in the works.
